Eligibility for Refund and Return:

  • Product has a significant quality defect.
  • Incorrect size delivered due to our error.
  • Package confirmed as lost (Note: Delay in logistics updates doesn’t imply lost package).

Timeframe and Condition for Returns:

  • Initiate return/refund within 7 days post-delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Must be free of scents, body odour, and in original packaging.
  • Returns should be in a condition suitable for resale.

Return Process:

  • Return via standard postal services, labeling the package as “gift” or “second-hand” to prevent customs delays.
  • Bear the cost of return shipping (we do not offer Freight Collect service).
  • Refund or reshipment processed upon receipt of return.

Special Notes:

  • As we sell replicas, they may be seized by customs, limiting refund options.
  • Import duties, original shipping, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • For returns, contact us for the nearest address (do not use the address on the package).

Refund Details:

  • Quality-checked items before dispatch to ensure satisfaction.
  • Confiscated packages without customs insurance: reshipment at 50% cost or 50% refund.
  • With customs insurance: free reshipment of confiscated items.
  • Cancellations before dispatch: full refund minus 7% for card payments (no cancellations post-dispatch).
  • Refunds processed through PayPal.
